Vibration Suppression of a Fast Filament Fabrication 3d Printer via Resonance Compensation.

Additive manufacturing systems especially 3d printers are made by rigid links which provide sufficient stiffness to give motion to 3d printing head system which are moving at very high speed &acceleration. It has been found out that high-speed manipulators generate vibration problem and 3dprinting head is one of them which encounter significant vibration at high speed and acceleration. Therefore, evolution in mathematical control system is necessary for effective vibration suppression and to allow fast motion of 3d printing head at high speed and acceleration. In this paper we develop experiment where we measure the resonance frequency of our bed swinging 3d printer and with graph we optimized it with mathematical system which allows printer to run 140% faster speed and over 600% higher acceleration with same quality and precision.

They always thrive for weight reduction and minimum pressure drop of their components along with no sacrifice at their performance. This can now be done by this new technology at their specified rate. But the cost of running one simulation is equitable for design which it gives to us.

Amalgamation of 3D Printing with Fabrication Robotics.

3D printing has always been a matter of curiosity to layman. But for engineers and innovators, 3D printer is viewed as a machine of additive manufacturing domain. It is definitely revolutionary in that area but if we remove such a myopic vision, we can say that a 3D printer is devise giving relative motions in 3 directions. Taking the advantage of this, we can assig
multiple roles to 3D printer. In normal product building process, raw materials are converted and processed with subtractive manufacturing processes. Than they are treated with number of fabrication processes for final end product. On this journey, they pass through different layouts and machines. But if we develop a single unit machine where raw product is processed and also fabricated on single bed resulting in end product, than we can bring a paradigm shift in manufacturing technology in the
prevailing world.
