The objective was to simulate a complete Industry 4.0 production cycle where the robotic arm retrieves raw material from an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS), transfers it to the laser machine for fabrication, and finally collects the finished Bugatti logo to place it back into storage. This integration of CAD, laser fabrication, and robotic automation represented a fully automated manufacturing workflow.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"757\" data-end=\"1094\"><strong data-start=\"757\" data-end=\"765\">Role :&nbsp;<\/strong>I worked as the <strong data-start=\"784\" data-end=\"799\">team leader<\/strong>, coordinating project tasks and guiding the overall workflow. My direct contributions were <strong data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"927\">CAD modeling of the Bugatti logo<\/strong>, preparing it for laser fabrication, and <strong data-start=\"969\" data-end=\"1000\">programming the FANUC robot<\/strong> to perform autonomous material handling and part transfer between ASRS, laser, and storage.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1096\" data-end=\"1640\"><strong data-start=\"1096\" data-end=\"1106\">Action :&nbsp;<\/strong>I started by creating the Bugatti logo design in CAD with exact specifications suitable for laser cutting. Once the design was finalized, I prepared it for fabrication in the laser machine. At the same time, I programmed the FANUC robot to retrieve raw material from the ASRS, deliver it to the laser cutting machine, and after fabrication, pick up the completed Bugatti logo and place it into the storage area.
